Who is responsible

BUYABLE, based in Enschede, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42123365, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this policy. You can reach BUYABLE at info@buyable.nl or +31 6 12 68 04 57.

What data we process

BUYABLE only processes data that you provide yourself or that is needed to make the website work and to improve it:

• Contact form: your name, email address, your company or brand name if provided, and the content of your message.
• Email and phone: the data you share when you contact us yourself.
• Website visit: if you give permission, data about your visit through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, the type of device and browser and the approximate location.

What we use the data for

• To answer your message and prepare an intro call or quote. The legal basis is your request for contact.
• To see how the website is used and to improve it. The legal basis is your consent through the cookie notice.

BUYABLE does not use your data for other purposes and does not sell it to third parties.

Cookies and Google Analytics

BUYABLE uses Google Analytics to measure the use of the website. The Google Analytics cookies are only placed after you click Accept in the cookie notice. If you decline, you are not measured. Your choice is remembered in a cookie and you can change it later via the Cookie settings button on the website.

Google processes this data on behalf of BUYABLE and may also store it outside the European Union. You can find more information in Google’s privacy policy.

Google Fonts is used for the fonts on the website. When they load, your IP address is sent to Google.

Who we share data with

BUYABLE only shares data with parties needed to make the website and email work: the hosting provider STRATO, where the website and mailboxes are hosted, and Google for Google Analytics and Google Fonts.

How long we keep data

BUYABLE keeps messages you send through the form or by email no longer than necessary for the contact and a possible collaboration, and for a maximum of two years after the last contact. Data in Google Analytics is kept according to the retention period set there.

Security

The website uses a secure connection (https). Only BUYABLE has access to the messages that come in through the website.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent or object to the processing. To do so, send a message to info@buyable.nl. You will receive a reply within four weeks.

If you disagree with how BUYABLE handles your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

BUYABLE may update this privacy policy. The most recent version is always on this page.
